Created in collaboration with National Taiwan University's Department of Drama & Theatre, Gong Guan was an interactive installation designed to introduce visitors to the cultural identity of Taipei's Gong Guan district.
The experience began with large-scale projections showcasing scenes from the neighborhood, guiding audiences toward the district's iconic landmark, the Heart of Water Building, a public artwork designed by Israeli artist Yaacov Agam. Inspired by the building's geometric forms and optical characteristics, we developed an interactive projection experience that invited visitors to engage with the installation using flashlights. By illuminating different areas of the projection, participants could reveal hidden visual elements and actively explore the architectural features of the landmark through interaction.
