Exhibition Curation & Project Lead
Led the planning and execution of the Video Design course exhibition, overseeing exhibition design, project coordination, space planning, and installation from concept development to public opening.
This project involved organizing and delivering the final exhibition of the course Video Design, transforming a storage environment into a public exhibition space within a limited timeline and budget. As one of the two exhibition curators, I coordinated the overall planning process, including team organization, schedule management, concept development, space design, and exhibition logistics.
Working collaboratively with students and faculty members, I helped establish the exhibition's visual direction and visitor experience. The project required balancing creative vision with practical constraints, ensuring that the exhibition could be designed, built, and operated effectively within the available resources.

The project progressed through multiple phases, including team formation, research, exhibition concept development, floor planning, installation, and visitor tour preparation. We used SketchUp to prototype the exhibition layout, coordinated construction schedules, and helped oversee the transformation of our department space into a functioning exhibition venue.
Although it was the department's first course exhibition, the final show received positive feedback from visitors and participants. Beyond the exhibition itself, the experience strengthened my ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and translate ideas into real-world experiences through careful planning and execution.
